Since late March of this year, JFDP Alumna Kristina Boban and her students have been paying weekly visits to the SOS Children's Village in Novi Sad .

"Both my students and I feel deeply involved both with the project - our mission is to teach

them at least the basics of English - and with the kids, of course," said Boban. "It's becoming harder and harder to leave the village every time we go there."

The students come to the Village every Tuesday to spend an hour and half with the children. During that time, they try to teach the students some basic English; but more importantly, they show them that there are people who care about them and want them to succeed in life.
